To our valued customers, 

Here at Grashan, the health and well-being of our customers and employees are our top priority. We understand the concerns around the COVID-19 situation. Like you, we are constantly monitoring the latest news and updates from the government and health authorities on how to protect our customers and employees.

We wanted to give you an update on some of the steps we have taken at Grashan to ensure a safe and clean environment.

We have implemented additional sanitising procedures and we are ensuring our staff have the necessary supplies to disinfect and regularly clean all spaces. All employees have been directed to follow general good health measures including frequent hand washing, social distancing and we have some of our staff working from home when possible.

We are still operating as business as usual receiving and executing orders however, we have made slight changes to our shopfront hours as we understand that some of our customers may still be concerned with the constantly evolving situation which is why we also have in place no contact options through telephone and email.  Please enquire by calling us for up to date shopfront opening times.

Due to Grashan being an Australian owned and manufacturing company we are able to uphold our quick turn around time with everything being completed in-house here in Melbourne, Victoria.
